Merchant won't spawn in Terraria?

I have all the requirements I believe, and I have 50 silver coins in my inventory. This should take you to a picture of my Terraria house. Bottom room is for the merchant. Is this wrong? http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198039310314/screenshot/595815243020661560
