How fair of a trade is Nelson Cruz and Sergio Romo for Michael Pineda, Michael Brantley, and Carlos Marmol?

I'd say it's pretty fair. Although if you need offense you probably want to keep Cruz. Pineda's innings will be limited this year, though.
