Would joining the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary boost my applications to the U.S. Service Academies?

I'm entering my junior year in high school this September. Over the summer, I will be turning 17 years old, which would make me eligible to join the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary. After high school, I plan on attending one of the five U.S. Service Academies. Would joining the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary boost my applications to the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, the U.S. Naval Academy, the U.S. Air Force Academy, the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, and the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy?
