Does Columbia University require ACT/SAT scores of ALL students?

I know that Columbia University requires minimum GPA of a 3.0, but I have been out of high school since 2000. I currently attend a community college and I have a 3.55 GPA. I don't know whether nontraditional students have to take standardized tests to be considered for admission to an Ivy League school.
