Is it too late to do Extracurricular Activites?

I'm going to be a junior next year, and i haven't done any extracurricular activities...except for spanish honor society since i was in an advanced spanish class. I'm wondering if colleges will think it's bad that i didn't do any my first two years. But i am looking to do volunteer work this summer, and im going to do many EC next years. My grades are good a 3.7 unweighted cumulative average (3.9 weighted). I don't know I'm just worried colleges will think it's not good that i didn't do many. I'm not trying to get into a major ivy league school or anything because i don't know what i want to study quite yet, right now im just looking at some good colleges and universities with some of my fields of interest.
