Can I become a teen actor?

A pro agent takes on clients with professional credits and/or professional training. They usually approach you, you don't approach them. Your best bet is to keep getting as much experience as possible (if what you quoted is everything, that's not very much, I'm afraid) and when you're old enough you can audition for an accredited drama school. The training is essential and good agents will visit you in your final year scouting for new talent. All the best.
