Stolen Debit Card Information. Will Bank of America Refund Money?

Hi. I think someone stole my debit card information( not card itself) and used it Saturday night when i check my online account i saw a $663.78 charge from China Shoutern Airline. It says authorized but final amount may change. I called bank of america same day. I said i didn't do this transaction. I canceled my card. i asked them stop this transaction. they said we can not do anything for now. because the payment did't complete yet. they are waiting for the final amount from merchant. Now i have to wait and dispute a file. That airline is multinational. so transaction might be anywhere in the world. if it is outside of the U.S. do i still have zero liability. ( i read zero liabilty online) or should i hope that final amount is not going to change and drink a cold water.
