Help with philosophy questions?

Because woman is capable to offer a good atmosphere around her,but also she can be capable of destroying that environment....he mean somethinig like..something created nice by woman ,later will be destroyed also by woman.Like in a family for example..Woman can make a family happy in all the ways and their member will feel warm created by her ,but she can be also the one who can destroy it with jealousy and madness or just for not doing her duty's..Many times people and book mention about the power of woman for maintaining a balance in the world..so after i read this question,this come quickly in my mind..
