Couldn't Merchant Ships take loads of tourists on "Shooting Trips"? In order to deal with Somali pirates?

Surely,lots of people would like to go on cruises where they could do a bit of sunbathing,fishing, and blaze away at anyone stupid enough to try and board the ship.
