Ladies or wicked smooth men lol?

So their is this girl like but she's way out of my league. But that still isn't ganna stop me from trying. She hangs out with some people who don't really like me but most of her friends adore me. She doesnt talk to me alot even when I try to talk 2 her. But shes busy so I can't hold that against her. But we hang out on like half days and such. So what can i do to get her to wanna talk to me and hang with me more? Also, how can u be smooth enough to be-able to date her.
