Hawkgirl cosplay costume.?

Okay so for the cosplay expo in October/November my friends and I are going as the Justice League and I mean the Cartoonnetwork version and I have been given the part of Hawkgirl but I can't find her gear anywhere! I've looked everywhere! Anyway what I am asking is does anyone know how to make or know where I can buy a Hawkgirl cosplay costume?
