Falklands, what if Argentina done it again?

With no Navy jets, less ships, hardly any British flagged Merchant marine, and reduced Army and Air Force in other places, might Argentina, who has made renewed noises about the Falklands...risk doing it again and could Britain lack the means to repulse it again like in 1982?
